Pete Wong

Pete Wong transitioned from audio engineering and multimedia design to film directing with his feature film debut, The Spiral, in 2014. The director's cut later served as the opening film at the 2022 New York Sci-Fi Film Festival.
In 2017, Pete joined ACE Pictures as a producer-financier, producing key films such as Clemency, which won the Grand Jury Prize at Sundance 2019 and earned nominations for the BAFTA and Independent Spirit Awards. The other films that he produced achieved premier status at festivals like SXSW and TIFF.
His next project, the Ace Group Inspirational Series, garnered multiple accolades, including the Grand Award at the World Media Festivals and a Finalist Certificate at the Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards.
Drawing inspiration from Stanley Kubrick and David Lynch, Pete infuses his films with a unique blend of psychological depth and intricate storytelling. His second feature, a supernatural romance titled Time to Leave, is expected to be released in late 2024.
Kavin Jay

Kavin Jay is recognised as one of Southeast Asia's most sought-after comedians and has played a significant role in the comedy revolution in Malaysia. He is known for his rapid-fire, grumpy joke-telling style and was voted Malaysia’s grumpiest comedian because he complains about everything.
Since 2006 Kavin has performed across various international stages, including Singapore, India, Hong Kong, China, Australia, The UK, Canada, and The US, making significant contributions to the Malaysian comedy scene.
In 2018, his Netflix Special EVERYBODY CALM DOWN was rated Top 10 in both The Wrap’s and IndieWire’s ratings of 2018 Netflix Specials.
Syalikh Nazrul

A graduate of University Tenaga Nasional with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Syalikh left the corporate world after serving almost seven years to pursue his dream in writing and filmmaking. In this modern world, everything is just one YouTube video away. That's how he learnt to write a screenplay!
The first short film he wrote and co-directed won the Best Short Film at DFKL 2017. Down the road, he had written and directed a few short films until he landed his first 13-episode Malay TV drama for RTM. In 2022, his short film 'RED IS THE COLOR I DON'T WANT TO SEE', earned him BMW Shorties nominations for Best Screenplay and Best Director. The film won the People's Choice Award.
